My photography is indicative of my desire for perfection. I am typically drawn to people and objects in their environments. Interested in the relationship with each other, I love to see and envision the dynamic between the two and the affect it has on the narrative of the image. By using the frame of my camera to compose an esthetically appealing photograph, I become aware of my subject, lighting, angle, background, as well as negative space to create clean, flowing images that reflect my photographic style. Most of my work shows my preference for high-contrast and impact imagery. Through my photography, I portray bold and striking pictures that force the viewers to mentally insert themselves in the scene creating an intense and personal experience.
