Paramount belichting zoals gebruikt in de jaren '30 en '40 in Hollywood.
Frontaal hard licht zodat er een schaduw onder de neus ontstaat 'vlinderbelichting' ofwel butterfly.
Licht moet niet te hoog staan, anders vallen de ogen dicht.
